Awarded MINT Engagement

CLAAS has been awarded as a „MINT Minded Company.“ MINT stands for Mathematics, Information technology, Natural science, Technology. In cooperation with the initiative „MINT Zukunft schaffen“ the German publishing company audimax MEDIEN GmbH honors companies which support young professionals and specialists in an outstanding way or which are noticed as a very attractive company by graduates from the science sector.

Trendence Employer Branding Award 2014

CLAAS is able to attract new recruits and to win them over for a career in the agricultural machinery sector. This is substantiated by the Trendence Employer Branding Award 2014 in the category "Best University Marketing", which is now presented in Berlin.

In the annual study by the Trendence Institute, CLAAS was nominated again by students as one of the most attractive employers in Germany. This year CLAAS was ranked 30th in the Engineering Edition and 75th in the German Business Edition.

For a fair workplace

Since 2004, companies that are in favour of a new standard of ethics at the workplace, and give a fair chance to young academics, are officially recognised as fair companies. This also includes CLAAS!

Universum Student Survey

More than 30,000 students of all years and disciplines in Germany were able to choose their most popular employers in the survey carried out by the market research agency Universum – CLAAS is also one of the 100 most attractive employers in Germany.

Special Award

CLAAS is to receive a special award as thanks and in recognition of its support for the project "Get involved". The career magazine for committed students motivates young people to take up voluntary responsibilities and is an appeal to look beyond the end of one's nose. It intends to inform students across all disciplines and generate interest in them becoming volunteers.
