Our commitment

The Initiative MINT was launched by German businesses in order to make school pupils aware of technical and science-oriented careers. The aim is to expand education in MINT subjects and to improve its quality. To make this possible, numerous projects have been launched. As we are very interested in school pupils who are enthusiastic about technology and as we want to support them, we are supporting and participating in some of these projects.

Career campaign for engineers in the East Westphalia-Lippe region

BINGO

The BINGO career campaign for engineers in East Westphalia-Lippe makes an effort for the provision of qualified and experience-oriented career information for young school pupils. For the last ten years, we have been regularly leading the BINGO project in collaboration with the Gymnasium Harsewinkel.

Future careers shaped by girls, women and companies

MINTrelation

The MINTrelation project aims to increase the number of women being recruited in technical careers. Using targeted measures, a link is established between female specialists from the metal and electronics industry and talented schoolgirls.
