Apprenticeships have a high priority throughout the entire CLAAS Group. For us, training our own up-and-coming employees is an important way of securing our future. We offer you highly qualified trainings in both business and technical fields and the best possible perspectives for your future.

  • Starting at CLAAS

To make the start of your apprenticeship at the CLAAS sites in Harsewinkel, Dissen and Paderborn easier, in the first week we go on a welcome week, where you get to know all of the other apprentices and students who are starting their training with you. The week consists of an exciting schedule: you will obtain a lot of important information concerning the company, can ask any questions you might have and get to know your fellow apprentices. You will also have a lot of fun: a visit to a farm or farm contractor, an outdoor adventure game and a cosy barbecue evening will lighten up the programme.

What you can expect:

  • A 35 hours working week and flexible work time
  • 30 leave days per year
  • An above-average remuneration according to the tariff of the German metal and electrical industry
  • Holiday and Christmas bonus
  • The opportunity to work for one of our international sites for several weeks
  • A versatile training offer
  • The guarantee of getting a job after your apprenticeship for at least one year
  • Employee involvement also for apprentices: You can participate in the results of CLAAS through the purchase of secret corporate shares - and thereby generate asset long-term
