By the next financial year, TELEMATICS will be launched in three different versions and as a standard configuration for an extended product area. An offer can therefore be made for every customer which is tailored to their needs.

With the introduction of the CARGOS 9000 range in 2009, CLAAS fundamentally reinvented the concept of the dual-purpose wagon thanks to the option to remove the complete loading and cutting unit as well as the proportioning roller unit. With the newly developed CARGOS 8000 dual-purpose wagon, CLAAS is now offering a smaller model range with numerous innovative and practical details.

CLAAS invests in forage harvesting

Since 2012, CLAAS has invested 20 million euros in development, production and management.


New CLAAS terminals

S7 and S10 can do much more than just steer

Harsewinkel / Bernburg-Strenzfeld. The new S7 is the successor to the S3 control terminal and in future will be used as the standard control terminal for all CLAAS steering systems. The new S10 also features a number of additional functions. Both terminals are being demonstrated in operation at the DLG-Fielddays 2014.

Lothar Kriszun has been appointed as the new Speaker for the CLAAS Executive Board. On 1st October 2014, he will take over from Dr. Theo Freye, who is retiring from the company.

Harsewinkel. Dr. Hermann Garbers is to resign from the CLAAS Executive Board and will transfer responsibility for Technology and Quality to Thomas Böck as of 1st October 2014. Garbers will continue to serve the CLAAS Group in an advisory capacity and will be particularly active in the CLAAS Foundation.

CLAAS acquires Chinese agricultural machinery manufacturer Jinyee

The German agricultural engineering company, CLAAS, has now successfully completed the majority take-over of the Chinese agricultural machinery manufacturer, Shandong Jinyee Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. (Jinyee), in Gaomi in the province of Shangdong. The company now operates under the name CLAAS Jinyee Agricultural Machinery (Shandong) Co. Ltd.
