Workshop and Customer Service

You make sure everything runs smoothly. From tractors to combine harvesters, in the Workshop and Customer Service field, you are the expert in our extensive product portfolio. You conduct repairs and maintenance and are responsible for diagnosis and troubleshooting on all machinery.

Many of our colleagues in the Workshop and Customer Service field are agricultural and construction machinery Mechatronics. They quickly sport what the problem is and reliably compile fault diagnoses in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems.
