Pupils at CLAAS.

Do you want to start work in a practical role straight away? And create a solid foundation for the start of your career with first-class training? Then an exciting apprenticeship at CLAAS is the right choice for you.

Industrial Clerk

Do you like to work in a team? Are you always organised and interested in varied business processes within an international family-owned company? With the apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk at CLAAS, you will be giving yourself the best opportunity to enter a varied occupational field. Whether it is the marketing or human resources department, purchasing, sales or accounting - at CLAAS, industrial management assistants work in almost every commercial department.

The business-oriented apprenticeships at CLAAS offer a special combination of theory and practice. Our full-time trainers and dedicated training officers in the departments serve as your point of contact throughout your programme and ensure that both, mandatory material and company-specific expertise is conveyed effectively. In this way, we ensure that you obtain first-class training and give you orientation for your career at CLAAS.

"Are you looking for the perfect ladder for your career? CLAAS is the right foothold for a great, exciting and individually designed apprenticeship."

(Felix, Apprentice Industrial clerk)

You will get to know our different commercial departments and grow with the respective tasks and challenges you face. In the purchasing department, for example, your role as an Industrial Management Assistant could be to procure materials for the production of harvesting machines. In this function, you would locate potential suppliers, compare offers and negotiate prices.

In sales, on the other hand, you could be responsible for the complete processing of orders, from the receipt of the incoming order to the timely worldwide delivery of our harvesting machines.

Do you have any questions about the training programme or would you like to apply directly? Your contacts will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

"The additional qualification as a foreign language correspondent clerk makes it possible to amplify my English skills and to implement this knowledge in different departments."

Learn how much fun you can have doing translations: Whether it is from English or into English! You will learn to write business letters, summarise texts and practice making telephone calls in English about business-related topics such as exporting or the stock market.
